Media Release Policy

This Media Release Policy explains the terms under which Soul Bridge Foundation, Inc. (“the Foundation”) records, uses, and publishes media content, including but not limited to audio recordings, video recordings, photographs, written submissions, and testimonies.

Participation and Consent

Participation in any interview, testimony, podcast episode, video recording, photograph, or other media project with Soul Bridge Foundation, Inc. requires the completion and execution of a Media Release and Testimony Use Waiver prior to participation.

By participating, individuals and organizations acknowledge that they have voluntarily agreed to be recorded and to the use of their submitted or recorded content as outlined in the applicable waiver.

Use of Media Content

Approved media content may be used by Soul Bridge Foundation, Inc. for purposes including, but not limited to:

  • Podcast episodes

  • Website content

  • Social media

  • Educational or promotional materials

  • Grant reporting or organizational communications

Content may be edited for clarity, length, or quality, provided that the original meaning is not intentionally misrepresented.

Permanence of Published Content

Once media content is published, it is intended to remain publicly available. Published content will not be removed except where required by law or under extraordinary circumstances as determined solely by Soul Bridge Foundation, Inc.

No Expectation of Compensation

Participants acknowledge that participation is voluntary and that no compensation is provided unless expressly agreed to in writing in advance.

Ownership and Rights

All recorded and published media content is the property of Soul Bridge Foundation, Inc. The Foundation retains the right to reproduce, distribute, display, and archive such content in accordance with its mission and applicable agreements.

Withdrawal of Consent

Requests to withdraw consent after publication do not guarantee removal of content. Any such requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis but may be denied in accordance with this policy and executed waivers.

Accuracy and Responsibility

Participants are responsible for the accuracy of statements made during recordings or submissions. The Foundation is not responsible for opinions expressed by participants, which reflect individual perspectives and experiences.
