Yes. Soul Bridge Foundation is registered as a nonprofit organization and is currently in the process of fundraising to complete the steps required to obtain our federal EIN and 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status.

Because we are not yet recognized as a 501(c)(3) by the IRS, donations may or may not be tax-deductible, depending on the donor’s situation. Once our tax-exempt status is approved, the IRS may allow donations made within a specific retroactive period to become tax-deductible.

For now, we encourage donors to consult a tax professional for guidance regarding deductibility until our determination letter is received.
