Soul Bridge Foundation, Inc. is committed to transparency and integrity in all financial and program-related matters. This policy explains how donations, merchandise purchases, and service-related payments are handled.
Donations
All donations made to Soul Bridge Foundation, Inc. are voluntary and non-refundable.
Donations are used to support the mission, programs, and operational needs of the organization. Once a donation has been processed, it cannot be refunded except in the case of a verified processing error or where required by law.
While federal tax-exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) is pending, donations are not currently tax-deductible.
Merchandise Purchases
Merchandise offered through this website is produced and fulfilled by third-party service providers.
Because merchandise is printed and shipped by external vendors:
All sales are generally final
Refunds are not issued directly by Soul Bridge Foundation, Inc.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers should follow the instructions provided by the fulfillment service for replacement or resolution. Soul Bridge Foundation, Inc. may assist with communication when appropriate but does not control third-party refund or replacement decisions.
Merchandise purchases are not charitable donations.
Services, Workshops, and Educational Programming
Payments for workshops, training sessions, courses, or other services are non-refundable once services have been rendered.
Soul Bridge Foundation, Inc. provides educational, faith-based, and skills-focused programming intended to supplement other supports and personal efforts. Participation in services does not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or success.
Individual progress and outcomes depend on many factors beyond the organization’s control, including personal circumstances, external support systems, and individual engagement. By participating, individuals acknowledge that services are provided on an educational and informational basis and that no guarantees of results are made.
Limitation of Liability Related to Services
Soul Bridge Foundation, Inc. is not responsible for personal, professional, financial, or other outcomes resulting from participation in its programs or services. Participants remain responsible for their own decisions, actions, and results.
